Your personal consultant will help you finalise the job description which will then be matched with potential candidates on ou extensive database. If we don’t feel we have enough potential employees, your permission will then be requested to advertise the job vacancy more widely.
Once we are happy we have a shortlist that matches your criteria, each candidate is contacted by your personal recruitment consultant to discuss in more detail the skills, personality and enthusiasm required to join your company.
Having completed the screening, you will receive a CV and synopsis or three to four candidates and interviews will be arranged.
